In the year 2010, for the first time TARP festival attracts ZEBRA (Berlin), the largest poetry film festival in the world and presents it together with Goethe Institute in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai.

In the mean time, the underground club XI20, which had already become the visiting card of the festival, becomes a temporal home for the festival, where during the performance „Inheritance“ („Palikimas“) J.Žėkas built S.Smirnov from clay together with accompaniment of Š.Mikelionis and there was an improvised bar of beer and other refreshing drinks, hot sandwiches and the lounge attracted with their punk sofas and armchairs. We can now clearly state that this was one of the best TARP parties that led to other great events powered by the magical alchemy combination of „Obšrr“, „NÜM NÜM“ and „Tytia Mina Teramina“. Then the Poetry Jam Session happened, it was full of textual and music improvisations and it couldn’t be interrupted neither by the police, nor the hailing of the festival visitors.
